Delete your Savorant account
The fastest way — inside the app
- Open Savorant and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Type the confirmation word when asked, and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, tasting sessions, blind trials, drills, course progress, samples, and login are all removed. There is no recovery.
If you can no longer open the app
Email palate@savorant.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject line “Delete my Savorant account.” We verify the request against your sign-in email and delete the account within 7 days, then confirm by reply.
What deletion covers
Everything tied to your account: identity, tasting record, research-program contributions, and settings. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store — cancel there as well (deleting the account does not bill you further, but the store manages any active subscription's renewal).
