Ask us anything
Email palate@savorant.com. A person reads every one, and we answer within two business days. Tell us the email you signed in with and, if something went wrong, roughly when it happened — that is usually enough for us to find it.

Subscriptions and purchases
Savorant is free to use, with a paid membership that adds the course, the blind engine, the drills and the numbers. On iPhone and iPad, the membership is sold and billed by Apple; on Android, by Google Play.
- See the plans — open Settings → Your plan in the app and tap See plans. Any locked door opens the same screen.
- Cancel or change a plan — subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Savorant. On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions. Canceling stops the renewal and you keep the membership until the paid period ends.
- Restore a purchase on a new phone — sign in with the same account, then Settings → Your plan → Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: the order history in your Play account. If a store declines and you think it is wrong, write to us and we will help.
Signing in
Savorant signs you in with your email and a password. If a password stops working, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If the reset mail does not arrive, check spam first, then email us — we can confirm which address the account actually uses.
Your data
- Privacy policy — what we collect and why.
- Terms of use.
- Delete your account — immediate and permanent, from inside the app or by email.
Tasting notes you dictate are transcribed on your own device; the audio is never uploaded.
Requirements
Savorant is for adults of legal drinking age and is available in the United States. It runs on iPhone and iPad (iOS 15 and later) and on Android phones. Savorant is a sensory-training tool, not medical or health advice, and nothing in it encourages drinking more.
